About

Built for a real queue, not an enterprise IT team.

Qrua exists to solve one specific problem well: a physical line of people waiting to be seen.

We started with a simple observation: most businesses with a walk-in queue - a clinic, a salon, a service counter - are stuck choosing between doing nothing (paper slips, a shouted number) or buying complex, expensive kiosk hardware built for a much bigger operation than theirs.

Neither is a good fit. So we built the smallest thing that actually solves the problem: a QR code that turns your line into a live queue. Customers scan it, get a token, and track their turn from their own phone - no app for them to install, and no kiosk for you to buy. Your existing TV or monitor works as the display.

We're deliberately not trying to become a practice-management system, a CRM, or a scheduling platform. Every feature we add has to earn its place - the goal is to stay the easiest way to manage a walk-in queue, not the most feature-rich.

The idea isn't tied to any one industry. If people are standing around waiting their turn, repeatedly asking "how long?", Qrua fits - whether that's a clinic, a salon, a counter, or any other line.

What we believe

A few principles that don't change

Simple over feature-rich

Every feature has to justify its existence. We'd rather do less, well.

No mandatory hardware

The TV or monitor you already own should be enough to get started.

Self-service first

You shouldn't need a sales call to try or run this. Signup to live queue, on your own.

See it for yourself.

One queue, free, for as long as you want it.
