When should you upgrade?
Stay on Free if…
Your walk-ins are light - well under 10 a day - and you only need one queue. Free is built to be usable indefinitely, not just to get you in the door.
Move to Pro if…
Your queue regularly hits the 10-token daily cap, or you need more than one queue - a second location, or another department. Pro removes the daily cap entirely and adds queues in simple tiers.
