Setup & everyday use
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Customers scan your queue's QR code with their phone's camera, and the queue page opens right in their browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
What if I don't have a smart TV or kiosk?
A display isn't required - customers get their "you're up" alert straight on their phone either way. If you do want one, it runs in any web browser, so a laptop connected over HDMI, an Android TV, or a smart TV's built-in browser all work. There's no dedicated hardware to purchase to get started.
How long does setup actually take?
Signup → create your queue → get your QR → open your display. It's a self-service flow designed to take a couple of minutes, with no sales call required.
What happens if my internet or TV disconnects mid-day?
The display screen automatically reconnects once your connection comes back - you don't need to reload it manually in most cases.
Pricing & plans
Is the free plan really free, or a trial?
It's genuinely free, with no time limit. One queue, up to 10 tokens a day, for as long as you want to stay on it.
What happens when I hit the free plan's daily limit?
You can upgrade that queue to Pro for unlimited tokens whenever it makes sense for you - there's no forced upgrade, and the 10-a-day cap resets the next day if you choose to stay on Free.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro is launching after Beta with a few simple tiers for businesses that need more than one queue - the exact tiers and pricing are still being finalized. Beta signups lock in 50% off Pro's first year, on up to 5 queues. See the pricing page for full detail.
Do I need multiple subscriptions if I have more than one queue?
No - Pro covers multiple queues under a single plan, in tiers (e.g. 1 queue, 5 queues). The exact tiers are still being finalized; see the pricing page for the latest.

What customer data do you store?
None. No name, phone number, or any other customer info is collected when a token is issued - customers are fully anonymous.
