Privacy Policy
Qrua does not ask customers for a name, phone number or email to join a queue and get a token. We collect the minimum needed to run the site and the product, described below. This policy covers the marketing site (qrua.click) and the Qrua queue product.
What we do not collect from customers
When a customer scans a QR code and joins a queue, Qrua does not ask for a name, phone number, email address or any other personal detail to issue a token. The customer's queue page shows their token and their position, and nothing else is required.
What we collect when a business creates or claims a queue
Creating a queue with no account needs no personal information, including no email address. Claiming a queue means signing up, which needs an email address and the account details the sign-up form asks for. That information is used to run the account and to provide support.
Cookies and similar technology
The marketing site (qrua.click) does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we have not added any analytics or tracking script of our own. The site runs on a cloud hosting provider, which may collect standard server logs and aggregate traffic data (such as request counts) to operate and secure its network, under that provider's own privacy policy. If we add our own analytics or tracking script, this page will be updated to say what is collected and why, before the change goes live.
The product (dashboard.qrua.click and related subdomains) may use cookies needed to keep a staff member signed in and a session working. It does not use these to track customers.
What the display and staff screen show
The TV display and the staff screen show queue tokens, not customer names or contact details, because none are collected.
How long we keep information
An unclaimed queue and its data expire automatically after 7 days if nobody signs up to claim it. Account information for a claimed queue is kept for as long as the account is active, and can be deleted on request.
Who we share information with
We do not sell customer or business information. We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the site and the product, who process data only to provide that service.

You can ask what information we hold about your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Qrua collects or uses information, we will update this page. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
