Terms of Service
Qrua is in free Beta with a Free plan you can use for as long as you like. You can create a queue with no account; claiming it means signing up, and unclaimed queues expire after 7 days. These terms cover using the qrua.click site and the Qrua product.
Using the site and the product
The qrua.click site markets the Qrua product. The product itself (creating and managing queues, the customer page, the staff screen and the display) runs on dashboard.qrua.click and related subdomains. By using either, you agree to these terms.
Creating a queue without an account
Qrua lets you create a queue with no account. Until the queue is claimed, only the customer page works: the QR code can be shared, and customers can join and see their position. Managing the queue (the staff screen and calling customers) and using the TV display need the queue to be claimed by signing up.
Unclaimed queues
A queue that is not claimed expires 7 days after it is created. Once it expires, it and its data are removed. Claim your queue within 7 days if you want to keep it.
The Free plan
The Free plan covers one queue with up to 10 tokens a day, with no credit card required. It is not a time-limited trial: you can use it for as long as you like, on these terms.
One account, one location
Each Qrua account is for one business at one physical location. If your business has more than one location, create a separate account for each location, each on its own plan.
The Pro plan
Pro is not yet available. It is shown as "Coming Soon" while Qrua is in Beta, and no price is shown for it. Beta signups lock in 50% off Pro's first year on up to 5 queues, once Pro launches, under the terms in place at that time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Qrua for real, legitimate queues, and not to use it to collect or display information about people that you do not have the right to collect or display, or in a way that is unlawful, abusive or misleading to customers.
Availability
Qrua is a hosted product and we aim to keep it available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during Beta.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes, for example when Beta ends and Pro launches with real pricing. Changes will be posted on this page.
