What is Qrua?
Qrua is QR code queue management for businesses where customers wait their turn. Customers scan a QR code, get a token and follow their position live on their own phone, with no app to install. Owners run the queue from a simple staff screen and show it on a TV or monitor.

Patients arrive
A QR code at reception or on the door gives each patient a token. No paper slip, and no need to queue at the desk just to be counted.
Patients wait
Patients see their position on their phone. They can sit in the waiting room, or wait in the car or nearby and opt in to a push when their turn is near.
Staff call the next token
Staff call the next token from the staff screen. Skips and no-shows are handled there too, and several staff members can work on the same queue.

Qrua does not ask patients for a name, phone number or email to get a token. The waiting room display shows tokens only, so nobody reads another patient's name off the screen.
Patients without a smartphone are not left out. Staff can add a token for them.
