Queue management for conferences, exhibitions and events

One queue per desk, booth or session - all at once.

Attendees scan a QR code at registration, a booth or a session door, get a token and follow their turn on their own phone instead of standing in a line. Your team runs each desk from its own screen, independently of the others.

Create it now, claim it later. One queue is free for as long as you want it.

In short

An event doesn't have one line - it has many, running at once: registration, badge pickup, individual booths, session doors. A single physical queue at each point creates a crowd exactly where you don't want one, and staff have no way to see how long any of those lines actually are.

Many lines, one event

At a conference or exhibition, people aren't waiting for one thing - they're waiting for a badge, a booth demo, a one-on-one slot, or a seat in a session that's about to start. Physical lines for each of these spread attendees thin across a floor, block walkways, and make it hard for an organizer to tell which desk is actually backed up and which is quiet.

At any desk or booth

Where a digital token helps.

An attendee scans at the desk

Registration, a booth or a session door each gets its own QR code and its own queue, so a badge pickup line never mixes with a booth demo line.

They wait without standing in line

Attendees check their phone for their live position and an estimated wait, so they're free to walk the floor, grab coffee or visit another booth instead of holding a spot.

Staff call the next token

Each desk runs its own staff screen, independently of every other queue at the event, and several staff can work the same desk if it's busy.

Across the venue

No fixed hardware per desk.

Each desk or booth runs its own staff screen on a phone or tablet, so setup travels with folding tables and pop-up booths instead of needing fixed terminals. A TV or monitor display is optional at each point, and the Free plan includes one display.

Qrua does not ask attendees for a name, phone number or email to get a token, and staff can add a token manually for an attendee with no phone.

Free plan

A full desk setup, free.

One queue with up to 10 tokens a day, no credit card required. That covers a single desk, booth or session on a smaller event: the attendee page, staff screen and one display, with unlimited staff.

Need more than one queue for multiple desks or booths, or more than 10 tokens a day? Pro is coming after Beta. See the plans.

Questions from event organizers

Can we run separate queues for different booths or sessions at the same event?
Yes. Each booth, session or desk is its own queue with its own QR code, and the Free plan includes one queue. For more than one at the same event, see Pricing - Pro, coming after Beta, will support more queues.
Will the queue hold up with a large crowd arriving at once?
Qrua runs entirely in the browser, so attendees join by scanning a QR code on their own phone at the same time - there's no single kiosk or line to funnel everyone through. The Free plan allows up to 10 tokens a day on one queue; for higher volume, see Pricing.
Do attendees need to install an app or create an account to join a queue?
No. Attendees scan a QR code, get a token in their browser and follow their position live. No app and no account is required to join.
Can staff pick who's called next instead of calling strictly in order?
Yes. Queue behavior can be set to call whoever has waited longest, in order, or to let staff choose any waiting attendee themselves - useful if a session is pulled forward or a VIP needs to be seen out of turn.
Do we need a screen at every booth or desk?
No. A phone or tablet runs the staff screen at each desk. A TV or monitor display is optional, and the Free plan includes one display.
