Calling out names over a loud street or event crowd doesn't travel far, and a customer who steps away has no way to know how close they are to the front.

No mounted screen required.
A TV or monitor is optional - the staff screen runs on a phone or tablet, which fits a truck better than fixed hardware. If you do want a display, custom display themes are included in the Free plan.
Qrua does not ask customers for a name, phone number or email to get a token, and staff can add a token for a customer who has no phone.
