A gym floor isn't like a counter - popular equipment, a full class or the only trainer on shift don't come with an obvious place to queue. Members either plant themselves next to the equipment, blocking the area for others, or they walk off and come back hoping their turn hasn't passed. Either way, there's no way to know how many people are actually waiting.

Each queue - a machine, a class waitlist, a trainer's desk - runs independently, with its own QR code. A TV or monitor is optional at any of them, and the staff screen runs on a phone or tablet, so setup travels easily between stations.
Qrua does not ask members for a name, phone number or email to get a token, and staff can add a token for a member who has no phone.
