A calmer waiting room for anxious pets.
Owners scan a QR code at check-in, get a token and follow their turn on their own phone - so a nervous dog or cat can wait in the car instead of a room full of other animals. Your team calls the next patient from one screen.
Create it now, claim it later. One queue is free for as long as you want it.

A crowded vet waiting room is stressful for the animals in it, not just the owners - a nervous dog or cat in a room full of unfamiliar smells and other pets has nowhere to decompress, and there's no way to see how far off a walk-in's turn actually is.
Waiting is harder on the patients than the owners
Unlike most walk-in queues, a vet clinic's "customers" are animals who find a crowded room genuinely stressful - barking, unfamiliar scents and close contact with other pets can wind up a nervous dog or cat before they've even been seen. An owner has no good options: sit in a tense room, or step outside and risk missing the call.
Where a digital token helps.
An owner checks in
Front desk notes the reason for the visit and adds a token to the queue, so the pet doesn't need to sit in the waiting room just to hold a place.
They wait wherever's calmer
Owners check their live position on their phone instead of watching the desk, so an anxious pet can wait in the car and come in only when it's their turn.
Their turn comes up
Staff call the next token, so the patient walks in right as the exam room's ready, cutting down time spent in a stressful room.
A separate line for drop-ins.
A walk-in queue can run alongside a normal appointment schedule, so a drop-in visit doesn't compete with booked consultations. Queue behavior can be set to call strictly in order, or let staff pick who's next - useful when a sicker or more distressed animal needs to be seen sooner than a routine walk-in.
Qrua does not ask owners for a name, phone number or email to get a token, and staff can add a token for an owner who has no phone.

One queue with up to 10 tokens a day, no credit card required. That's enough for most single-clinic walk-in traffic: the owner page, staff screen and one display, with unlimited staff.
