Staff can now set which counter they're calling from

In short

When more than one staff member is calling customers from the same shared queue, each staff member can now set which counter, window or station they're working from. The customer called from the queue now knows exactly where to go, instead of just being called with no location.

Several staff members calling from one shared queue at the same time already worked - a bank with multiple tellers, a salon with multiple chairs, or an auto shop with multiple bays could already run everyone through a single line instead of a separate queue per counter. What was missing was a way to tell the customer which counter to actually walk up to once they were called.

What changed

Each staff member calling from a queue can now set their own counter, window or station identifier. When they call the next customer, that customer sees not just that it's their turn, but which specific counter to go to. This sits on top of the existing shared-queue calling - the queue still follows its "Call in order" or "Staff picks who's next" setting, now with a location attached to each call.

Why this matters for multi-counter businesses

Calling someone from a shared queue only solves half the problem if they still have to look around the room to figure out which window just called them. A customer told "you're being served at counter 3" can walk straight there, instead of scanning several counters to work out which one is theirs. This matters most exactly where shared queues are most useful: businesses with several identical service points, where customers would otherwise have no way to know which one is calling them.

Where to find it

No setup is required beyond having more than one staff member calling from the same queue. Each staff member sets their own counter when they start calling customers.
