Do I need an account to create a queue?
No. Create a queue with one click and no account. Its QR code and customer page work straight away.
What can I do before I claim the queue?
Only the customer page works. You can share the QR code, and customers can join and see their position. To manage the queue (the staff screen and calling customers) and to use the TV display, sign up and claim it.
What happens if I do not claim it?
Unclaimed queues expire after 7 days. Sign up within 7 days to keep the queue and manage it.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and everything happens in the browser.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan covers one queue with up to 10 tokens a day, with no credit card required, for as long as you want it. Pro is coming after Beta.
